Shipping Policy

All deliveries will be by Australia Post using Auspost parcel post satchels. If no one is home or available to receive the delivery, best efforts will be made by Australia Post to leave the delivery in a safe position. If it is deemed by Australia Post that there is nowhere safe to leave the delivery, a card will be left and the delivery can be picked up from the specified Australia Post outlet. Shipping costs include packaging.

Delivery Times

Depending on delivery location, delivery timeframes can vary. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Reasons for Order Delays

• Public Holidays
• Incorrect delivery address
• High order numbers can sometimes cause stock numbers to run out and we may need to re-order stock from suppliers

Order Tracking

If you provide your mobile number with your order, you should receive SMS updates from Australia Post regarding the status of your order.

International Delivery

We can ship orders internationally but you will need to email damian@hexpegs.com.au to arrange payment and shipment.
